By participating in our services, appointments, or activities, you grant permission for 3D ultrasound photos, images, and videos containing your likeness or your baby's likeness to be used by our organization for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and business purposes. This may include use on our website, social media platforms, print materials, advertisements, and other promotional content.
Participation constitutes your consent to the use of these images and recordings without compensation, notification, or further approval. While the images or videos may be used, your name and personal identifying information will not be included.
All 3D ultrasound photos, images, videos, and recordings taken during your appointment are the property of PeekABoo3D. PeekABoo3D reserves the right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display such media in any format now known or later developed for lawful business, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Please note: Consent to this Photo & Video Release is a required condition of receiving our services. If you do not consent to the use of your 3D ultrasound photos or videos as described above, PeekABoo3D will be unable to provide scanning services. Any deposits paid prior to the appointment are non-refundable.
